Mathematical Words

It is as important to be able to read and spell mathematical vocabulary as it is to understand it.

At the end of KS1 the SATS reasoning questions will test this.

Sometimes the question will include the digit - 4 - and sometimes it will be written as the word - four.

At the end of KS2 you will need to be able to describe your mathematical reasoning with all the associated terminology... across the whole curriculum of topics.
